An Easter Birthday

My niece celebrated her birthday today, sharing this scrumptious cake with about 25 guests. The cake was so beautiful and unique that I couldn't resist taking a photo. These cakes are made in Lawrence, Kansas (home of the 2008 national champion University of Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team) at - of all places - a Dillon's grocery store!
